** Brexit update for Nikon service in the Republic of Ireland **
Due to the UK leaving the European Union on the 1st January 2021, we strongly recommend using one of the following options when sending your product to Nikon for a repair or service. These options have been put in place for our Irish customers to avoid experiencing potential border delays, customs charges and having to deal with additional paperwork for border control.
To take advantage of our free return service please click here, follow the instructions and your product will be sent directly to one of Nikon’s European workshops.
Send your repairs to one of our retailers in Ireland and they will send your equipment directly to one of Nikon’s European workshops. Please note, these retailers are independent from Nikon and as such, we would suggest contacting them for details of their policies, procedures and repair pricing structures before sending them your equipment.
We do not recommend sending your equipment directly to Nikon UK without speaking to us first as you may incur unnecessary customs charges and delays.
Please be aware, after the 1st January 2021, even though your repairs are being handled by one of Nikon’s European workshops, your phone calls, emails and queries will still be answered by the UK and Ireland Service Support Team using our normal contact details, which can be found here. If you have any questions about this process, please feel free to contact us before you send your equipment.
If you have any questions about this service, please call our dedicated team on 0330 123 0928.
Calls to '03' numbers are charged at no more than national call rate and will be included as part of any inclusive minutes or discount package.
