The new extended warranty on new NIKKOR Z mount lenses is a free service to let you create with peace of mind for years to come. All you need to do is register your lens within 90 days of purchase and it will be covered against faults (terms and conditions apply) that may occur within the first five years, with free repairs.

Sign in or create an account
You’ll need a Nikon Store account to register your NIKKOR Z lens and activate your warranty.
Step Two
Activate your lens warranty
Start a new registration. Have your lens serial number and proof of purchase ready.
Step Three
Get out there and create
Once your registration is confirmed, you'll receive your warranty certificate. Your new NIKKOR Z lens is covered for five years in case anything goes wrong.
Your coverage explained
Once registered, your new NIKKOR Z mount lens is covered against faults that may occur with the lens over the following five years. In the unlikely event that your lens fails within the warranty period, Nikon will repair it for free, using only Nikon approved technicians.
